We were first time sellers and we had sooooo many questions about everything but Rick showed and maintained an attitude of patients and professionalism. He is hard at work and always accessible. He is like that proverbial duck on open water,...on the surface he is peaceful and easy going but underneath the surface and what you don't really get to see is hard is paddling for you and moving you forward. Our home was under contract in three weeks and that was without any signage being placed in our yard.
